WHAT WE DO
We build Fiji’s successful Islander fibreglass boats and have done so for over 35 years. Built to standard sizes and specs or customised, they have stood the test of time and continue to deliver outstanding performance. The Islander has proven to cover long distances between the Fiji Islands comfortably and safely in variable conditions.
Other custom builds include outrigger canoes, floating docks, custom floating structures, sailing dinghies, commercial building canopies, and yachts.

Due to a shortage of staff we are not building 23’ boats or bigger until further notice.
ISLANDER BOATS
Renowned throughout Fiji and the Pacific for their high quality construction, performance and safety. The Islander 24, 28 and 33 footers in particular have attained high commercial success.
Outrigger CanoeS
The original stepping stone to the Islander Boat, we have been building outrigger canoes since the early 80’s. Our canoes have been represented at various sporting events such as the South Pacific Games and the World Sprint championships. We build the Mana V6, V4 and V1 (single) versions.
Optimist Sailing Boats
As a supporter of youth sailing in Fiji and the South Pacific, the Fibreglass Shop has constructed various one-off models of sailing dinghies and maintains production of the Optimist class.
CUSTOM BUILDS
Choose your standard size Islander be it a 24, 28 or 33 footer and have it customised to your needs. Alternatively, enquire with us about customised fibreglass structures. We keep several classic dinghy moulds, the Whitehall rowing dinghy amongst others.
